Lamps & rare items Scarce · ask early
Lamp assemblies and other dedicated-tooling parts. No factory restarts a mold for a discontinued model — what exists today is effectively all there will be.
Chassis & suspension Case by case
Shock absorbers and underbody components. Some carry air-freight restrictions; we route them correctly and say so in the quote.
We quote against part numbers, not catalogs. If we can't verify a part, we say "no" — a wrong part helps nobody.

Can Aiways U5 and U6 cars still be repaired in Europe?
Yes. The cars are mechanically ordinary EVs and independent workshops can service them. The bottleneck is parts — which is what this supply line exists for. Wear parts are the most available layer; body parts and lamps depend on remaining stock and are verified case by case.
Do you supply workshops and parts distributors?
Yes — workshops, distributors, dismantlers, importers and fleets are exactly who we supply. We work B2B. Individual owners should route requests through their local workshop, which we can then supply.
What information do you need for a quote?
Original part numbers are best. Otherwise, send the VIN and photos of the part or its label. Many Aiways parts exist in more than one version, told apart by a single letter — so we verify the version before quoting, not after.
How are parts shipped?
Air freight for urgent, compact parts; sea freight for panels and volume orders. Some items — gas-charged shock absorbers, pyrotechnic safety parts — carry transport restrictions and are routed accordingly. Lead times come with every quote.
Are these genuine Aiways parts?
We source against original part numbers from remaining stock and, where suitable, matching-specification alternatives — and every quote states clearly which is which. GNSGO is an independent supplier, not affiliated with or endorsed by Aiways Automobile.
What about diagnostics — coding and calibration?
Parts are what we supply and stand behind. We also know that for some repairs the harder half of the problem isn't the part — it's getting the car to accept it, when the official diagnostic path has gone quiet. That's an area we're actively working on. If it's your blocker, tell us — we'll be straight about what is and isn't possible today rather than promise something we haven't verified.
Do you cover other discontinued Chinese EV brands?
Aiways is where we started, because we know the platform and the supply base. As other fleets lose factory support, we extend the same model. Send the part numbers — we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do.
